Overview
The Illumivue DVR4.3 4-Channel Hybrid DVR is a simple and flexible recording system that lets you connect and manage multiple types of security cameras in one place. Perfect for homes or small businesses, it’s a great option for upgrading or expanding an existing system.
This DVR works with a wide range of camera types, including analog and IP cameras, so you don’t have to replace your current setup. It also supports high-efficiency video formats, helping you store more footage without using extra space.
With support for audio over coax, you can capture both video and sound using a single cable, making installation easier and more efficient. The system also allows long-distance connections, which is ideal for larger properties.
You can easily connect the DVR to a monitor or TV using HDMI or VGA, and add a hard drive (up to 16TB) to store your recordings for later viewing.

National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)
The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), particularly Section 889, has significant implications for the surveillance industry, especially concerning the procurement of video surveillance equipment. Section 889 prohibits U.S. federal agencies and their contractors from purchasing or using telecommunications and video surveillance equipment from certain manufacturers due to national security concerns.
